CAMPING IN CANNES

One of the reasons why Cannes is such a popular holiday destination is its privileged location by the sea. The Bay of Cannes boasts many beaches, both private and public, along eight kilometres of coastline. Of the thirty or so private beaches, the most coveted are managed by palaces such as the Hôtel Martinez, the Carlton or the Majestic Barrière. The public beaches are spread all along the coast. There are also frescoes on the city walls depicting icons of international cinema.
